 Pallet Flow Racks Systems

Put gravity to work.

Looking for a superior solution to capitalize on limited space, lower warehouse costs or organize inventory for FIFO turnover? Pallet flow products can help.

How it works:

Pallet flow racks are designed to contain a slight downward slant to let gravity do your work for you. As such, when a pallet is loaded into the entry side, it glides gently through the rack and stops at the discharge side to await removal by forklift. Furthermore, when a palletized load is removed from the back, pallets behind slide smoothly into place to await removal.

There’s no limit to the potential size or density of flow rack storage. In fact, our pallet flow racks can be used to accommodate almost requirement, with individual racks extendable for full functionality at up to 20 pallets per lane.

With our staff, we know that the key to any successful flow system is developing a solution customized for:

  • The type and volume of product that will be stored (i.e. boxed, cartons, portable racks, bulk boxes, stacking racks, folding wire containers, etc.)
  • The specifics of pallets being used (wood pallets, plastic pallets, disposable pallets, etc.)
  • The environment inventory will be stored in (freezers, coolers, ambient temperature warehouses, dock areas, etc.)
  • The unique requirements of the space and business using the flow rack.

In most cases, pallet flow systems are best employed where FIFO (First-In/First-Out) inventory rotation is critical. FILO (First-In/Last-Out) pallet flow rack systems, however, can still be easily achieved by working closely with our design staff (which fosters many years of experience in the design, supply and installation of dynamic storage products). Let us configure the appropriate components to match your specific needs and, in doing so, ensure flawless system performance and maximum ROI.*

Altogether, pallet flow racks:

  • Increase storage potential by negating the need for aisles
  • Help organize inventory for businesses with heavy stock rotation
  • Can be customized to function at almost any level of density
  • Offer ease of accessibility for loading and unloading of pallets
